Most applications serve a single role – Ubiquitous Player on the other hand, serves multiple roles. You can do a lot with this free and portable tool for Windows. You can play audio files, manage the files stored on your computer, view images, take screenshots, open and edit text documents, pick colors, manage notes and bookmarks, monitor the clipboard, and perform calculations.

Ubiquitous Player is a portable application that works with Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1. The fact that Ubiquitous Player is portable means you don’t have to go through an installation process to get the application up and running.

Ubiquitous Player’s interface provides support for themes. Black and colors, black and white, default, yellow and black – these are the themes that are available for the interface.
Ubiquitous Player provides support for multiple languages: English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish.
Click the question mark on the interface and you will be presented with useful info on how to use Ubiquitous Player.

As mentioned above, there is a lot you can do with Ubiquitous Player: manage your files using a dual-pane interface; manage and play music files; take screenshots, view images; open and edit text documents; manage notes; manage bookmarks; monitor the clipboard; there’s a built-in calculator and a built-in color picker.

Ubiquitous Player is free for non-commercial use. You can use it for free, for personal purposes, for as long as you want.

Ubiquitous Player nicely bundles together several useful functions: manage files, view images, play music, and more.
